Why per instance

Connect more. Pay the same.

Another machine, another line, another thousand tags: your price does not move. You never buy a driver pack to reach a machine you already own, and moving from one node to a multi-node cluster is a licence change, not a migration.

Questions

Do you charge per tag, per device or per connector?

No. MaestroHub is priced per instance. Every connector is included in both editions, and adding machines or tags does not change the price.

What does it cost?

Foundation is $16,000 per year for one instance. Enterprise is quoted, because the price depends on how many sites and nodes you run. The six-week pilot comes first, so you see it work on your own data before you buy.

Can I try it without talking to anyone?

Yes. Download MaestroHub and start it with no licence key: it runs on an evaluation licence with every feature, Enterprise ones included, in two-hour sessions you can restart as often as you like. Nothing you build is lost between sessions.

What happens to data older than the operational window?

MaestroHub keeps an operational window by design, the same in every edition: one day by default, and from release 3.0 each topic keeps 1, 7, 14 or 32 days. Long-term history goes to your own system of record, such as your historian or data platform, through the same connectors.

Are Knowledge Graph and App Studio included?

No. These prices are for Context Engine. Knowledge Graph and App Studio are coming soon: they are in development and testing, are not part of release 3.0, and will be priced separately when they are released.

Where does MaestroHub run?

On your own infrastructure: an edge box, a virtual machine, or your Kubernetes cluster. Nothing has to leave your network.

Not sure which edition fits?

Start with the six-week pilot: one VM, no production writes. You see it on your own plant first, and the quote follows the shape you actually need.
