Do I need to talk to anyone to try MaestroHub?
No. The free trial needs no licence key and no call. Download it from the portal, start it, and it runs.
What is the difference between the free trial and a trial licence?
The free trial is what MaestroHub does when it starts with no licence: every feature, Enterprise ones included, in two-hour sessions that you restart yourself. A trial licence is a time-limited key we issue on request. It removes the session limit, so scheduled pipelines keep running for the whole evaluation period.
What happens when the two hours are up?
Automated and scheduled pipelines pause. Nothing is deleted: your data, pipelines, dashboards, connections and user accounts stay exactly where they are. Restart the service for another session, or apply a licence key to continue without interruption.
Do I lose my work when I move to a paid licence?
No. You paste the licence key on the License page while MaestroHub is running. The edition changes at once, with no restart and no data migration, and everything you built during the trial is still there.
I do not have a factory to connect. Can I still try it?
Yes. The free Digital Factory Simulator gives you a four-station production line with 100+ sensor tags over OPC UA, Modbus TCP, MQTT, REST and PostgreSQL, running on your own machine.
Where does it run?
On your own machine or server: Windows, macOS or Linux, or as a Docker image. Nothing has to leave your network.
How do I ask for a trial licence?
From inside the product there is a trial licence extension request that reaches our team, or you can write to info@maestrohub.com. Tell us what you want to test and for how long.
